A word search does not need urgency added to it
The genre is about a slow scan and a small click of recognition. Which is exactly why it survives being ruined so often: a clock nobody asked for, a hint you have to watch an advert to earn, a streak that punishes the day you did not open the app.
Wordveil has no clock unless you want one, hints that cost nothing, and no notion of a streak at all. Put it down halfway through a grid and the grid will be exactly where you left it — that is the entire retention strategy, and it is the only honest one for a game this calm.

Words are hidden in a grid of letters — horizontally, vertically, diagonally, and backwards as the difficulty rises. Scan the board, find each word from the list, and swipe from its first letter to its last to lock it in; it is marked off with a highlight the moment it is right.
Work through themed packs across many categories, with grids that grow and placements that get sneakier. Track your progress puzzle by puzzle, take as long as you like with no clock running, or push for speed if that is your idea of relaxing. A hint is waiting for the word that simply refuses to appear.
One word, one veil
Move your finger or cursor across the letters — only what is under the lens comes out of the dark. One word is hidden in there. Swipe from its first letter to its last to lock it, exactly as you would in the app.
Wave the lens over the letters. The grid stays dark everywhere else — that is the veil.
One word, no list, no packs, no progress and nothing saved — this is the reveal, not the game. Wordveil is the rest: full lists to clear, categories to work through, grids that grow, and a puzzle that waits exactly where you left it.

PixelWillow Studio is the app name used by AP d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia. The code, the artwork, both language versions, this website and the Google Play account are handled from one address in Maribor.
